本研究採用行動研究，鑑於觸法少年於安置期間常以不合作或抗拒甚至違規言行表達自我情緒困擾。故以中途之家全體受強制安置少年為對象，期待藉由引導、教育適當情緒表達，間接減少抗拒、衝突言行。並以參與者觀點探討團體成效。成員自評此團體提供宣洩情緒管道，並可放鬆自我，此有助舒緩負面情緒與激發正向情緒感受；同時因可於團體中澄清、討論平日衝突事件，進而緩和與機構老師、成員間的衝突；並因團體創造許多互動、互助機會，而促進成員凝聚力以及個別成員間情感交流。

This action research operated emotional management program for all delinquent juveniles in the residential community treatment. Hoping to decrease resistive or delinquent behaviors by teaching emotional management skills .The aim was to probe the effect of the group work. The result of this study found members believed the group help to relax oneself and relieve negative mood and to settle the conflict among organization teacher and members. It is also a good strategy to increase member's positive mood, cohesiveness, and affected interaction.
