題名:「萬物一體」的理想如何可能--以家庭為實踐起點

萬物一體是儒家最高的境界。「萬物一體」這個議題,從宋明儒學至當今學術,一直是儒學研究的重點。然學者著重在「萬物一體」本身理境上的研究,較少研究如何從工夫上達到這個理想。雖然說「一本」到「一體」的工夫進路是儒者們的共見,然少有研究討論到如何從「一本」到「一體」的實踐原則。儒家是生命的學問,筆者借用明儒羅近溪的話來說,「理」要能「實落」才能真正起作用,否則只是一個「空理」、「常知」。家庭關係是讓天道實落、自我超越的最佳環境,家庭意識可以直契道德理性、覺悟良知良能。意即,從良善的家庭關係中是最容易養出端倪的,且一旦在家庭中養出端倪,自然如泉達火燃,仁心必然能夠擴充到社會國家,乃至天下 萬物。所謂的「一本」到「一體」,其實就是從「家庭一體」擴充到「萬物一體」。準此,如何「家庭一體」有其優先性,是值得開發的議題。
All Things as One Body is the Confucianist highest Ideal.“All Things as One Body” this subject, from Song Ming Confucianism to the present academic,is always Confucianism researching key point. However, The scholar concentrates actually this ideal research of “All Things as One Body”,However, the method how to achieve this ideal is very few people to do the research actually. Although , the method from “yì běn” achieved “a body” is the Confucian scholar common idea. However, How achieves “a body” from “yì běn”? This subject is discussed very little. The Confucianist is the life knowledge, Luo Jinxi said, “the thought” must be able to “practice” in the life , otherwise only to be “the spatial thought”, only to be “the general knowledge”. The family relation is the best environment to enable us to enlighten the Tao, the Self-breakthrough.The family consciousness is to be possible the direct correlation to moral rationality. In other words, the kindhearted family relation is easiest to raise the moral rationality . Moreover,once the moral conscience raises in the family, it must be like the fire is burning irresistibly, the kind heart can expand inevitably to the social ,country, and even the World. So-called “yì běn” to “a body”, actually is “A family as One body” to “All Things as One Body” . If so, “A family as One body” is a subject which is worth developing.
