工作倦怠是當代社會文明下的一個產物,各行各業的人,每天面對著來自於四面八方的壓力,這些壓力若沒有採用適當的因應策略予以紓解,就會產生工作倦怠(引起心理、生理的症狀,最後逃離職場)。
