志工對非營利組織而言是十分重要的人力資本,非營利組織若能有效運用組織中的志工,將可從中獲益。本研究旨在探討非營利組織志工的組織認同與工作投入關係之研究。本研究發現組織認同與工作投入有正向關係。志工對組織的組織認同程度愈高,則對組織的工作投入也愈高,且志工之工作投入程度會比企業員工之工作投入程度為高。因此若個人對組織認同程度提升,其工作投入也會提高,更願意為組織付出。
To a non-profit organization, volunteer is a very important human capital. If volunteer of non-profit organization can be well organized, it could benefit from doing this. The purpose of this research is to study on the relationship between organization identification and job involvement for non-profit organization volunteer. This research finds that the organization identification and the job involvement have positive relationship. The better organization identification for volunteer, more job involvement will involve in the organization. In addition, the level of job involvement of volunteer is higher than enterprise employee. Therefore, if the level of organization identification of the individual is enhanced, job involvement will also be enhanced.
