Theoretically, the far-reaching development of Chinese culture may be taken as a resort to the salvation of the world and the realization of the individual's well-being. If so, then how is this value-approach being presumed? and on what grounds? In the meantime, what are the bases on which human is motivated to practice and embody this value index? These are the problems yet to be solved that have come along with the ideal development of Chinese culture. In this paper, I expound the interpretation adopting the conception of tian-ren-he-yi as the grounds on which the problems have been solved. (The grounds are law-dependent. If the ground is tian, then it is likely an external law. If the ground is human nature, then it is likely an internal law.) The conceptions of tian-ren-he-yi have also been interpreted as a preservation and an illustration of human's root as well as the motive (driven by oneself) to realize the practice and embodiment of this ideal value. Thus, such kind interpretative model is thereby developed. But such a model of interpretation will surely face difficulties, this paper attempts to propose an alternative solution by which the interpretative mode of tian-ren-he-yi could be explained away.
