題名:近二十年國內外幼兒園園長相關領域研究之發展與趨勢分析--兼從性別與幼教任務觀點討論未來研究之方向

近年來幼教領域相關研究逐漸受到重視,研究的焦點主要集中在幼教課程教學、幼兒發展、幼教政策以及幼教師等議題,然而對於影響整個幼教品質甚鉅的領導者--幼兒園園長,其研究卻屈指可數。本文試圖蒐集國內外近二十年來以幼兒園園長為對象之研究,探討其研究發展脈絡。研究者從1980年到2004年共蒐集了國內外與幼兒園園長有關之研究共四十三篇,從研究年代、出處、主題、方法與結果等角度,剖析國內外幼兒園園長相關之研究狀況與趨勢,同時從性別與幼教任務功能觀點提出未來研究方向,期能提供有志於該領域研究之研究者參考。
Nowadays, research on the field of early childhood education is becoming increasingly significant. The main attention of the research is drawn to the curriculum of early childhood education, child development, the policy of early childhood education, and kindergarten teachers. However, research about the directors of kindergartens and day-care centers who play important roles in early childhood education is less. This study did a second-hand data research of the directors in kindergarten and day-care center in Taiwan and overseas in the past two decades in order to find out the contextual development. 43 papers which are relevant to the topic were collected from 1980 to 2004. The researcher intends to analyse the tendency of these research from the viewpoint of when these research were done, source, topics, methods and results. In addition, a model of future works-to which gender, function and responsibility of early childhood education were concerned-was proposed to those who are fascinated by the research field.
