在這個快速變動的經濟環境中,企業若欲獲得競爭優勢,智慧資本之多寡將是重要的指標之一。企業必須持續創造新知識,並將這些知識深入且廣泛的傳遞給組織的所有成員,有效增加智慧資本,以獲得競爭優勢。本研究旨在探討組織創新對智慧資本之關聯性,透過結構方程模式進行兩階段驗證法,驗證研究模型之適配度。本研究以工研院為研究對象,針對該機構之員工發放450份問卷,共回收227份有效樣本。組織創新可分為管理創新與技術創新兩個構面;智慧資本則可分為人力資本、結構資本與關係資本三個構面。驗證結果顯示管理創新與技術創新分別對智慧資本會產生正向且顯著之影響。但此兩變項若分別細分為兩構面與三構面,則技術創新對人力資本之影響為正向但不顯著。其餘兩兩相對應之影響均為正向且顯著。對工研院而言,管理創新重要性超過技術創新,因為管理創新會影響人力資本之累積而技術創新則不影響。
