The researcher has been collected a huge mass of data from staying in the daily life of the native people for a long time since Bronislow Malinowski advocated of participant observation in the field. This study aims to expound the joys and sorrows fieldwork and writing experiences of the doctoral dissertation. The contents focused on the process of collecting literatures and observation record, the relationship between the researcher and participants, and the reflection on the transformation of the researcher identity. This study can be for reference of the relative future research.
