傳統漢籍與山水畫中的桃花源意象，從歷史文化與空間得見流傳的厚度與廣度。臺灣日治時期（1895－1945）的文人善用桃花源的亙古主題，透過古典文學形塑理想的空間，並流露於殖民體制下的樂土嚮往，隱含應世之道。臺灣古典文學中的桃花源意象，不僅描述日月潭等地景的象徵意義，且感時批判追尋樂土的意圖，表現文人的理想與處世的抉擇。文本流露作者觀看文化意象的視角，或藉由樂土隱喻現實狀況，呈現欲從苦悶中掙脫，並尋求窗口與出路。從臺灣桃花源的空間想像、桃花源主題的入世關懷兩層面，分析臺灣古典詩的桃花源意象，探究如何結合文人的生命體驗，並承載古典文學抒情傳統演繹的意義

The Image of Peach Blossom Land, usually found in ancient Chinese literature and landscape paintings, shows its profoundness and prevalence in historical culture and space. During the Japanese colonial period (1895-1945), Taiwanese litterateur made good use of the permanent image of the Peach Blossom Spring, shaping an ideal space with Classic literature as an expression of the desire for a wonderland under colonialism and implying their philosophies of life. The image of Peach Blossom is not only to describe the symbolic significance of landscapes, also to display their decisions between ideals and reality inspired by the contemporary criticism against the intention of the pursuit of a wonderland. The texts reveal how authors view cultural images or reflect the status quo with wonderlands as metaphors, showing how they crave for a relief from sufferings and seek a way out. Based on the space imagination of the Peach Blossom Land and worldly cares which feature the Peach Blossom Land, the study analyzes the image of Peach Blossom Land in Taiwanese Classic Literature, inquires how to integrate the life experience of litterateur, and bears the deduced meanings of the sentimental traditions in Classic literature
