為探究台灣包裝之學術研究發展及趨勢，本文以華藝學術期刊資料庫歷年來收錄之197篇包裝相關期刊為分析來源，經由VOS知識圖譜軟體以數據統計和共現分析等方式進行文獻計量分析，並輔以代表性期刊論文之文獻評析，對於包裝學術研究之發展歷程、主題分佈及新興議題予以完整探討，近而歸納出下述三點結論：1.台灣包裝學術研究可劃分為：初始（1986－1998）、發展（1999－2008）、成熟（2009－2019）等三個階段。人文領域的設計、行銷，及理工領域的農產、醫藥、工程為主要之研究者，前者在研究多以單一團隊進行，後者則有較多跨團隊的學者合作關係。2.包裝學術研究的主題共有七項，屬外延層面主題之比重較高，計有：包裝發展、包裝行銷、包裝設計與評估；比重次之的則為偏於內涵層面的主題：功能需求、包裝機能、包裝容器；而包裝應用在整體的主題比重居末。3.台灣當前包裝學術研究之新興議題為：理工科領域之包裝機能安全、新型包裝材料，以及人文社科領域之購買意願、消費者行為、品牌認知、包裝與環境永續、包裝策略等；此外在與材料、安全、環保、發展等議題，亦為具探索價值的後續方向。
In order to explore the development and trend of packaging academic research in Taiwan. This paper takes 197 paper-related journals collected in the Airiti Library CEPS database over the years as the source of analysis, and conducts bibliometric analysis through data statistics and co-occurrence analysis through VOS knowledge domains mapping software. With the literature review of representative journal articles, the paper discusses the development process, theme distribution and emerging issues of packaging academic research. The following three conclusions are summarized: 1. Taiwan packaging academic research can be divided into three stages: initial (1986-1998), development (1999-2008), and mature (2009-2019). The design, marketing, and science and technology, medicine, and engineering in the field of humanities are the main researchers. The former is mostly conducted by a single team, while the latter has more inter-team Cooperation. 2. There are seven themes of packaging academic research, which are of a higher proportion of the topics at the extension level, including: packaging development, packaging marketing, packaging design and evaluation; the second is the subject of the connotation level: functional requirements, Packaging functions, packaging containers; and packaging applications in the overall theme of the final. 3. The emerging topics of Taiwan's current packaging academic research are: The packaging functional safety and new packaging materials, in the field of science and engineering. And purchase intentions, consumer behavior, brand awareness, packaging and environmental sustainability, packaging strategies, in the humanities and social sciences. Research topics such as packaging materials, safety, environmental protection, and development are trends.
