本研究旨在探討非營利組織志工自由時間管理、自主管理、認真休閒效益以及自我實現四者間的關係,並透過AMOS統計軟體探討本研究之理論模型是否適配。
本研究採用問卷調查法輔以半結構式訪談進行,並以收錄於喜瑪拉雅基金會出版之「台灣三百家主要基金會名錄」中的非營利組織志工為研究對象,以t考驗、單因子變異數分析、多元迴歸分析、驗證性因素分析與結構方程模式等統計方法進行資料處理分析。並依據資料分析結果,本研究獲致結論如下:
一、非營利組織志工具有正向積極的自由時間管理認知。
二、非營利組織志工具有正向積極的自主管理認知。
三、不同背景變項的非營利組織志工對自由時間管理大致上並未達顯著差異。
四、不同背景變項的非營利組織志工對自主管理大體上並未達顯著差異。
五、非營利組織志工自由時間管理越佳,其認真休閒效益越高。
六、非營利組織志工自主管理越佳,其認真休閒效益越高。
七、非營利組織志工認真休閒效益越高,其自我實現程度越高。
八、 透過認真休閒效益之部分中介,自由時間管理對自我實現產生影響。
九、透過認真休閒效益之部分中介,自主管理對自我實現產生影響。
十、本研究所建構的模型達到適配程度。
The purpose of this study was to explode the relationship among free time management, self-management, serious leisure benefit and self-actualization of volunteers in non profit organizations. The fit of structural model would be tested with AMOS statistical software.This study employed scales and semi-unstructured interview. This study drew 231 subjects who service in non profit organizations. These non profit organizations were listed in the book named “300 Major Foundations in Taiwan” that published by Himalaya Foundation. The data collected were then analyzed by t-test, One-way ANOVA, multiple regression analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model. The main results indicate:
1. Volunteers in non profit organizations perceived positive attitude toward free time management.
2. Volunteers in non profit organizations perceived positive attitude toward self-management.
3. There was no difference of free time management among volunteers in non profit organizations with different demographic variables.
4. There was no difference of self-management among volunteers in non profit organizations with different demographic variables.
5. The higher free time management volunteers build, the higher serious leisure benefits volunteers have.
6. The higher self-management volunteers build, the higher serious leisure benefits volunteers have.
7. The higher serious leisure benefits volunteers have, the higher lever of self-actualization they make.
8. Serious leisure benefits have some mediating effects to free time management and self-actualization.
9. Serious leisure benefits have some mediating effects to self-managementand self-actualization.
10. The fit indices of the structural model for the full sample were within an acceptable range.
