本研究旨在應用競值架構來發展「學校競值組織效能量表」。研究時採取項目分析、信度分析、試探性因素分析及二階驗證性因素分析等統計方式來分析資料，用以確立量表之信、效度。本研究得到如下結論：在「學校競值組織效能量表」的信、效度方面，量表有非常良好的信度。量表經試探性因素分析後顯示量表具有良好的效度。然而，量表在進行驗證性因素分析時，依所採取的估計法之不同，所提出之模式是否能與觀察資料適配就會有所差異。
The purpose of the study was to develop CVF School Organizational Effectiveness Scale. The collected data were analyzed using statistical methods, such as item analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and second-order confirmatory factor analysis. The conclusions of this study were: (1) The reliability of the scale is dependable. (2) After using exploratory factor analysis to examine the scale, the author found the validity of the scale is supported. (3) After using confirmatory factor analysis to examine the scale, the author found that whether the observed data could fit the model depends on methods of parameter estimation the author used.
