     本研究旨在建構「教師理想角色與實際角色差距因應模式」鑑於教師如何將「理 想角色」與「實際角色」予以連結、或如何跨越兩者間差距的文獻實仍有所不足、及當前的 研究對此差距的因應及理論基礎尚未作較周延之探討。所以本研究乃先界定「教師理想角色 與實際角色差距」及「教師理想角色與實際角色差距的因應」之意義;其次,探討「教師理 想角色與實際角色差距因應的理論基礎」;復次,回顧分析「教師理想角色與實際角色差距 的因應之實證研究」;最後則提出「教師理想角色與實際角色差距因應模式」,以作為說明 、解釋、及驗證「教師理想角色與實際角色差距的因應」之依據。
     The purpose of this study was to construct a model coping with teacher role discrepancy that explains the transformation between ideal teacher role and actual teacher role. In this study, the ideal role, actual role, role discrepancy and the coping with role discrepancy were defined. Practical researches in literature with regard to the subject were reviewed. Seventeen perspectives concerning the coping with role discrepancy were explored. According to the literature review, a model of coping with teacher role discrepancy was proposed.
