本論文主要探究台灣諮商心理學學科訓練裡西方心理學知識殖民(移植)與去殖民的過程。
論文借用台灣本土小說家舞鶴書寫癲狂、異態、邊緣、精神官能症人物書寫的筆法,使用小說的型式託寓,以1990至2010年台灣諮商心理學科知識的訓練與發展為時空背景。故事的主人翁於青少年時期因為對原生家庭及母親的不滿與怨恨,離開故鄉,投入最進步的西方心理學知識的學習,企望藉此改造與提升個人心靈,尋求人生的意義與價值。但西方心理學的追尋與認同反而切斷了主人翁與本土歷史根源的連結,形成錯置、斷裂與空白,主人翁在文明的西方心理學的教化下成了文化上失根的孤魂野鬼。認同優越的西方心理學實則是對本土家庭經驗的層層否定與自我綑綁,西方心理學的追尋最終是一場空,主人翁在反溯自身歷史中,揭露出台灣家庭心理中被殖民歷史血淚斑斑的痕跡,對於台灣本土底層家庭來說,創傷記憶不是家庭內的,情感與慾望的異態也不是底層家庭的羞恥,而是白人心理學的白色目光、正常之眼的凝視,是舊殖民與新殖民的暴力、羞辱與壓迫的創傷記憶。
論文中特別就西方家庭心理學、客體關係、精神分析理論在台灣本土場域的移植、挪用與認同進行批判與反省。作為在地諮商心理學知識份子,研究者希望藉此論文反思,呼籲本土臨床實務諮商心理工作者,應對西方心理學理論視框進行批判與反省,若不加省思直接擷取、挪用,甚至完全認同,是心理學知識份子的自我異化與對台灣本土底層家庭經濟、文化殖民的雙重壓迫。
The dissertation aims to explore knowledge colonization (transplantation) and decolonization of Western psychology in the academic training for counseling psychology in Taiwan.
The paper borrows the writing techniques that represent madness, anomaly, marginality, and characters with neurosis from Taiwanese novelist Wuhe, with the time and background of the training and development for counseling psychology in Taiwan from 1990 to 2010, the dissertation is presented in the form of a quasi-novel. The protagonist of the story has grown up with discontent and resentment for the original family and the mother through adolescence, she left the hometown to devote in the learning of advanced Western psychology knowledge, in an attempt to transform and enhance personal spirits as well as seeking significance and value in life.To the contrary, the pursuit and recognition of Western psychology have cut off the connection between the protagonist and the local history roots, resulting in displacement, fracture and gaps. The protagonist becomes a ghost that has lost cultural roots under the enlightenment of a civilized Western psychology. Western psychology of superior identity in fact represents layers of denial and self-binding for native family experience, and the pursuit of Western psychology ends up in a dream. Tracking back through here life history of the protagonist, the protagonist reveals traces of bloody colonization history among Taiwanese families, and the trauma memory for the native subaltern families of Taiwan is not only secluded in the family. Yet the anomaly of emotion and desire are not the shame for subaltern families. Rather, the white vision and stare of normal eyes act as the violence, shame and oppressed trauma memory of colonialism and neo-colonialism.
The paper takes up judgment and reflection specifically on Western family psychology, object relations and psychoanalysis theory in their transplantation, misappropriation and identity in the local field of Taiwan. As a local counseling psychology intellectual, the researcher intends to reflect and call for local clinical and practical counseling psychology workers through this paper, to conduct judgment and reflection on the framework of Western psychology theory. Any direct capture, misappropriation or even complete identification without reflection will become the self-alienation of psychology intellectuals and the dual pressure imposed on the financial and cultural colonization of Taiwanese native subaltern families.
