題名：跨越階級界限？：兼論「黑手變頭家」的實證研究結果及與歐美社會之一些比較

本研究採用新馬克思主義者Wright的多元剝削探討取向之階級分類探討臺灣階級流動，並與一些西方社會作比較。我們先對臺灣的基本階級位置加以分類，並進一步以對數線性模型進行代間、代內流動表分析，藉以探討階級可滲性問題。 在實證層次上，本研究運用「階級結構與階級意識比較研究」計畫於一九九二年蒐集的全國性樣本調查資料以進行流動表之分析。研究發現顯示： (1)就親代階級到子代初階的代間流動過程而言，在三個面向的流動中，專業與非專業者間的可滲性或流動機會最低，有產權(擁有生產工具)與沒產權者間的可滲性居中，有權威與沒權威者間的可滲性最高。 (2)親代階級到子代現階的代間流動中，仍以專業與非專業者間的可滲性最低，有產權與沒產權者間之可滲性最高，而有權威與沒權威者間之可滲性居次。 (3)子代初階到現階的代內流動中，專業與非專業者間的可滲性特別低，有產權與沒產權者間之可滲性居次，有權威與沒權威者間之可滲性仍最高。 (4)在階級流動存有結構障礙之前提下，部份勞工仍有去普羅化的代內職業生涯流動，其過程呈現出「黑手變頭家」的頭家化(尤其是小頭家化)和經理化現象，而無專業化現象。
