題名:九年一貫課程改革的變與不變--國中階段社會學習領域的個案研究

     九年一貫實施後教師的實際教學是否改變、如何改變?有以Fullan(1991)所建議的個面向來分析九年一貫課程改革對於兩所臺北市國中社會領域教師的實際影響:第一是使用新的或修改過的教材;第二是使用新的教學取向;第三是改變信念,以及研究者所加入的;第四是改變教學文化。 結果發從課程、教學取向、教學信念到教學文化,並沒有顯著改變。而漸進改革的機會在本研究中決定於教師個人對於組織架構或規定的回應。在教師個人可以自主的地方,如教科專業自主、多元評量,以及教學時數安排上面可以看見少數個人運用機會改變教學。而在需整體組織文化改變的地方,如教學研究會、課程發展委員會、學校校務評鑑方面則決有看到效果。有解釋其現象,並提供政策建議。
