本研究旨在了解師資培育機構運作成效滿意度等相關議題。本研究以問卷調查為主，文獻回顧及專家訪談為輔進行分析。有關於師資培育機構運作滿意度，研究結果表示受試者對於目前師資培育機構運作滿意度整體而言，持普通態度。師資培育機構運作滿意度之面向共有三項，分別是「教學輔導」、「行政目標」與「設施設備」。 本研究結果顯示受訪者同意目前國中小教師，其教學方法均能達到「教學目標」；而師培機構也願意「配合教改」政策的執行，「圖書資料」也能滿足師培生之需求。但受訪者亦表示師資培育「多元開放」並未達到原有理想與功能；師培生投入教職後，在教師專業精神方面之表現也不盡理想，且師培機構的校園文化未能激勵師培生教育熱忱。 多元開放已是當前教育趨勢，為有效控管師培品質，「師資培育機構績效評鑑」應持續進行。而師培機構應加強師培生教育專業精神的潛在課程，啟迪師培生敬業樂業的教學態度，以滿足用人單位及社會大眾之期待。

The main purpose of this study is to analyze factors of operation performance andsatisfaction of the Centers for Teacher Education. The questions explored are as follows: This study is based on results of questionnaires, literature review, and expertise interview. According to the test results, it shows that testers hold neutral attitudes toward the overall performance of the Centers for Teacher Education. There are three factors that affect the performance: ‘teaching assistances’, ‘administration goals’ and ‘facilities’. The direction of future development of the Centers for Teacher Education should focus on its characteristics. Teacher education should focus on professional attitude and then skills. Suggestions for improvement include: Building a system to improve present teacher education problems, continuing performance evaluation system for the Centers for Teacher education, setting up interactive mechanism or regularly holding academic seminars to enhance the quality of Centers for Teacher Education.
