The main purpose of this study is to analyze factors of operation performance andsatisfaction of the Centers for Teacher Education. The questions explored are as follows: This study is based on results of questionnaires, literature review, and expertise interview. According to the test results, it shows that testers hold neutral attitudes toward the overall performance of the Centers for Teacher Education. There are three factors that affect the performance: ‘teaching assistances’, ‘administration goals’ and ‘facilities’. The direction of future development of the Centers for Teacher Education should focus on its characteristics. Teacher education should focus on professional attitude and then skills. Suggestions for improvement include: Building a system to improve present teacher education problems, continuing performance evaluation system for the Centers for Teacher education, setting up interactive mechanism or regularly holding academic seminars to enhance the quality of Centers for Teacher Education.
