本研究目的在於探究教師之教學福樂經驗、創意內在動機、教學省思行為與創意教學之關係,經便利取樣全國233 位中小學教師(男58,女175,國中教師75、國小教師158)進行研究工具的施測,資料回收後以相關分析、多元迴歸分析及結構方程模式進行分析,研究結果發現,教師有越高的教學福樂經驗、創意內在動機與教學省思行為,則教師有越高的創新教學行為;同時,教師的創意內在動機與教學省思行為,為構成教師福樂經驗的重要因素,教師的創意內在動機使教師投入創意活動中,而教學省思則協助教師瞭解其行動與目標之間的差距,進而運用創意解決問題,此一動態關係使教師在教學中產生樂在其中的福樂經驗,並更進一步促動教師從事創意教學。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relation among teachers’ flow experiences in teaching, intrinsic motivation, reflection on teaching and their creative teaching. The sample consisted of 233 participants, including 75 junior high school teachers and 158 elementary school teachers. Among these teachers, 58 were male, while 175 were female. Correlation, multiple regression, and structural equation model were used for date analysis. The results indicated that those teachers with high teaching flow experiences, intrinsic motivation, and reflection on teaching revealed more creative teaching behavior. And the intrinsic motivation and reflection on teaching were also the important factors of teachers’ teaching flow experience.
