本研究目的在建構軍校生生活壓力知覺模式，探討軍校生生活壓力知覺與中介變項間的因果關係，模式中人際關係、控制信念、軍職志向為潛在自變項，而軍校生活壓力知覺、堅忍度為潛在依變項，以結構方程模式的方法分析觀察資料與模型的適配度。結果發現：(1) 整體模型及其內部結構具有相當不錯的適配度；(2) 人際關係對堅忍度有直接效果，且人際關係會經由堅忍度的中介對生活壓力知覺產生間接效果；(3) 控制信念對生活壓力知覺有直接效果，且控制信念會經由堅忍度的中介而對生活壓力知覺產生間接效果；(4) 軍職志向對堅忍度有直接效果，且軍職域向會經由堅忍度的中介而對生活壓力知覺有間接效果；(5) 堅忍度對生活壓力知覺有直接效果。本研究結果所建構的軍校生生活壓力知覺模式將可供軍校教育的參考，俾利提升教育效能。
This study was designed to construct the model to perceive life stress in cadets, and to explore the causal relationship between life stress perceptions and its mediated variables. This model has latent exogenous variables and latent endogenous variables. The latent exogenous variables include interpersonal relationships, the local of controlling, and military orientation. The latent endogenous variables include life stress perceptions in cadets, and hardiness. Structural equation modeling with LISREL computer program was used to investigate the model proposed by the authors. The participants were 361 Fu Hsing Kang College students. The results of this study suggested that: (a) the overall model and its internal structure had a pretty good fit with the observed data, (b) the interpersonal relationships had significant direct effect on the hardiness, and had significant indirect effect by way of the intermediary hardiness on life stress perceptions, (c) the local of controlling had significant direct effect on life stress perceptions, and had significant indirect effect by way of the intermediary hardiness on perceiving life stress, (d) the military orientation had significant direct effect on the hardiness, and had significant indirect effect by way of the intermediary hardiness on life stress perceptions, and (e) the hardiness had significant direct effect on life stress perceptions. Finally, the model of perceiving life stress in cadets built by this research can apply to military school graduates and then improve educational efficiency.
