本研究以Ajzen（1985）計畫行為理論（theory of planned behavior）為基礎加以修正，驗證蹼泳運動賽會參與者行為傾向模式。研究目的在於驗證期望共變異數矩陣與樣本共變異數矩陣之差異情形以及「蹼泳運動賽會參與者行為傾向」的理論模式，並進一步分析蹼泳運動賽會參與者行為傾向與各因素之間的因果關係。本研究以「參與蹼泳運動賽會行為傾向之研究調查表」為研究工具，於一百年全國蹼泳分齡賽之比賽地點：高雄市立國際游泳池，採立意抽樣方式進行，共發出300份問卷，回收有效問卷263份，有效回收率為87.66%。資料處理以SPSS 12.0進行描述性統計分析；再以AMOS 19.0進行結構方程模式（SEM）分析結果發現：（1）期望共變異數矩陣與樣本共變異數矩陣無差異（2）態度對行為傾向、主觀規範對行為傾向、行為控制知覺對行為傾向等3個直接效果均達到顯著水準（3）行為控制知覺透過行為傾向對行為中介效果不顯著。最後根據研究分析結果提出建議，以提供相關單位及後續研究者未來之參考。

In accordance with the revised theory of planned behavior (TPB) from Ajzen (1985), the aim of the study was to validate the difference between Expected Covariance Matrix and Sample Covariance Matrix. Besides, to construct the theory of Fin swimming Participant's Behavior Tendency and to do a further analysis of the relationship between fin swimming participant's behavior tendency and other factors. The researcher sent out 300 questionnaires used purposive sampling of Fin swimming participant's behavior tendency survey at National Kaohsiung Municipal Swimming Pool, the field for 2011 Taiwan National Fin Swimming Competition (which divided into different age groups), collected 263 valid questionnaires, which questionnaire response rate was 87.66%.Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the data which was run in SPSS 12.0, and then the result was been analyzed again through SEM which was run in Amos 19.0. The researcher found(1) verifying that there has been no variance between the covariance matrix and sample covariance matrix in the behavioral intention model.(2) attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control on behavior tendency reached a significance level.(3) it appears that behavioral intention(BI) was not plays mediating roles on perceived behavioral control (PBC)-behavioral(B) , finding , which will hopefully serve as a reference for related organizations.
