　　　　　本文旨在探討高屏地區國小單親兒童之非理性信念、父母管教態度、自我概念、人際關係、性別、社經地位、學校所在地區之間的關係，並比較單親兒童與非單親兒童在這些變項上的異同。 本研究採用問卷調查法，對高屏地區32所國小1455名五、六年級單親兒童與非單親兒童施測。研究工具為「基本資料調查表」、「家庭社經地位量奉別」、「非理性信念量表」、「父母管教態度量表」、「自我概念量表」、與「人際關係量表」。問卷調查所收集之資料經皮爾遜積差相關、t考驗、多元逐步迴歸、變異數分析與薛費多重事後比較等統計方法加以分析處理後，得到以下重要發現： 一、父母管教態度、自我概念與學校所在地區可以預測非理性信念。 二、非理性信念、父母管教態度、人際關係與性別可以預測自我概念。 三、單親兒童比非單親兒童具較多非理性信念、父母管教態度嚴厲、自我概念低、人際關係差與社經地位低。 四、單親兒童父母管教態度嚴厲、自我概念低與社經地位高組的非理性信念比較多。 五、單親兒童非理性信念少、父母管教態度不嚴厲與人際關係佳者的自我概念較高。 六、屏東縣的單親兒童非理性信念比高雄市單親兒童多。 七、單親兒童父母管教態度男童比女童嚴厲。 針對上述研究發現，本研究提出進一步討論和研究限制，最後建議未來研究的方向。
　　　　　This study investigated the relationships among irrational belief, self-concept, child rearing attitude and interpersonal relationships. A total of 1455 elementary school children who come from single and traditional two-parent families were drawn from Kaohsiung and Pingtung Areas. Data obtained from the Irrational Belief Scale, the Child Rearing Attitude Scale, the Self-concept Scale, the Interpersonal Relationship Scale, and the Socio-Economic Status (SES) Scale was analyzed by Pearson product-moment correlation, t-tests, stepwise multiple regression, ANOVAs, and Scheffe post hoc multiple comparison. The major findings of this study were as follows: 1. Child rearing attitude, self-concept and location of school can be used to predict irrational belief. 2. Irrational belief, child rearing attitude, interpersonal relationsship, and sex can be used to predict self-concept. 3. Compare with chiIdren who come from two-parent families, children of single parent families have more irrational beliefs, lower self-concept, poor interpersonal relationships, lower SES, and feel their parents have stricter child rearing attitudes. 4. Among children of single-parent families, those whose parents have stricter child rearing attitudes; those with lower self-concept; and those who have higher SES ail have more irrational beliefs. 5. Among children of single-parent families, those who have less irrational beliefs; those whose parents have less strict child rearing attitudes, and those with better interpersonal relationships have higher self-concept. 6. Children of single-parent families in Pingtung county have more irrational beliefs than those of Kaohsiung city. 7. Male children of single-parent families perceive their parents have stricter child rearing attitude than their counterparts of female children. The limitations and the implications of this study were discussed. Possible future research studies were recommended.
