本研究的目的在探討王陽明哲學及其在道德教育上的實踐.在陽明哲學方面採用理論分析法與歷史研究法;在實徵研究方面,研究者根據王陽明哲學的內涵編製一份"國民小學教師道德教育觀量表"作為調查研究的工具,以台灣南部地區910位國小教師為研究樣本,所得資料以描述性統計.t考驗.單因子變異數分析來進行統計分析.主要發現如下:
一.不同性別.教育背景.任教地區的國小教師在總量表與分量表上沒有顯著差異.
二.不同年齡.擔任不同職務的國小教師在總量表的得分有顯著差異.

The aim of the resaerch is to investigate Wang Yang-Mimg''s philosophy and moral education practice. In Wang Yang-Ming''s philosophy way, it''s to operate the theoretical analysis and historical methodology. In empirical study way, the reseacher made up of the scale about moral practice of the elementary school teachers to investigate this study. With the samples of 910 teachers from the elementary schools in the south of Taiwan, I got the information from descriptive statistics, t-test,one-way ANOVA for statistic analysis.
