對於個人、組織或是社會發展來說,創造力都佔有舉足輕重的地位。資訊科技發展一日千里,引領世界邁向嶄新里程,更在諸多領域提供人類許多支援與協助。即便資訊科技已經廣泛的影響我們日常生活的此刻,資訊科技對於創意活動的支援卻相形見絀。本研究從創意生成、創意活動過程與障礙入手,續討論創造力與人格特質的關係,進而對創意技巧與創意支援工具以及過往相關的實證研究進行討論,遂產生本研究的主要研究方向與課題。本研究以行為主義刺激反應理論、聯結論、地理學之錨點理論與心理學定錨效應為基礎,提出一具備理論基礎創意支援系統架構,以支援個人創意活動。並透過系統實作,了解不同認知型態者其創意歷程的差異,並據此建議不同資訊刺激方法輔助其創意活動進行。
