國內外文獻研究主題以不同產業之組織學習、服務創新、產品創新、流程創新之關係比較研究較為少見。本研究以臺灣重要產業之金融業、營造業、建築業為研究母體,實證探討三產業間組織學習、服務創新、產品創新、流程創新之關係比較,極具創新性與價值性。本研究結果發現:(1)營造業之組織學習、流程創新認知均高於金融業。(2)建築業之組織學習認知高於金融業。(3)金融業之組織學習對服務創新、產品創新、流程創新有顯著影響。(4)營造業之組織學習對服務創新、產品創新、流程創新有顯著影響。(5)建築業組織學習對服務創新、產品創新、流程創新有顯著影響。(6)金融業、建築業之不同職位階層間組織學習、服務創新、產品創新、流程創新分別有顯著差異,主管人員認知高於非主管人員。
