如何才能營造一個有效學習的環境,一直是指導者最關切的議題;長久以來,學習者對學習內容的知識主要來自於老師講解、示範與練習時的回饋,久而久之形成被動地學習心態。摩斯登體育教學光譜的互惠式與自測式學習策略將學習的過程讓學習者主動參與,避免過度依賴老師的回饋;文中探討此兩種學習策略,希望能培養學習者能自動自發、自我監控和調整自己學習的能力,此能力又類似於後設認知。因此,筆者將從這兩種教學策略的機制,探討與後設認知的關聯性,並說明如何應用於動作學習中。
