In Ho-lang Huang's poetry, we could find imagination and time presented together in the reference of spaces. This was how Huang enriched the meaning of spaces in tourism poetry, which also became his characteristic of tourism poem writing. Therefore, this article would examine Ho-lang Huang's imagination and expression about spaces in his ”Earth in Black Gauze” from a multi-layered point of view. The topic would be discussed in parts of many sub-topics including history and time, fantasized literary time, and imagination of characters, hoping to have a better understanding of the poet's experiences about time and space changes in tourism and time express of spaces.
