The purpose of this study was to figure out the life insurance industry employees motional intelligence, achievement and organizational commitment and to analyze the differences between the life insurance industry employee emotional intelligence, achievement and organizational commitment according to their background variables. This study adopted questionnaires and took the life insurers employees as subjects. The data was analyzed by various statistical methods including factor analysis, descriptive statistics, T-test, one way ANOVA, Schefe post hoc method, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis. The main conclusions were summarized below: 1. The life insurance industry employees perception of emotional intelligence, belong to lower level; perception in achievement, belong to moderate. 2. There were significant positive correlations between life insurance industry employees in emotional intelligence, achievement and organizational commitment.
