題名:臺北市國民中學導師人格特質、領導行為對班級氣氛之影響研究

     本研究的目的在探討我國國中導師的人格特質及領導類型對班級氣氛的影響,並 根據研究結果提出建議, 供學校行政及教師教學工作之參考。 本研究先以臺北市國民中學 547 位導師為對象,進行內外控人格特質量表及教師領導類型問卷之施測;再依立意抽樣方 法,抽取所需十六種導師人格特質與領導類型配對,計三十二名,再使用學習環境量表施以 該三十二名導師所帶領的班級學生經分析後得到以下結論:(一)導師的人格特質對領導行 為沒有影響;(二)導師的領導行為類型與班級氣氛有密切關聯;(三)導師性別及人格特 質對班級氣氛有密切關聯;(四)導師的性別、人格特質與領導行為皆能預測班級氣氛。
