題名:教師角色知覺發展模式之探討

     由於社會變遷快速,各種新的資訊不但數量驚人,而且日新月異,身為教師,已經無法僅賴職前四、五年的專業養成教育背景來擔負日後數十年教生涯的成敗。教師的對角色的知覺需隨其與環境交互作用而有所改變,以因應實際教學工作之必要。因此有必要對教師角色知覺發展的模式作探討,以建構教師角色知覺發展的理論基礎。本研究歸納國內外學者之主張,分別就「結構功能論」、「衝突與批判論」、「符號互動論」、「組織論」、及「認知論」等五個途徑來探應教師角色知覺的發展模式。研究結果發現:(一)教師角色知覺發展是一繼續性的歷程;(二)影響教師角色知覺的發展之因素眾多且繁雜,但可歸納為社會、學校組織、及個人等三個層面;(三)教師角色知覺發展的歷程具有辯證及雙向的特性;(四)教師角色知覺發展結果是教師能對教師角色產生認同並具備角色。至於面對角色衝突而無法適應者,則有離職之情形;(五)建構提出「教師角色知覺發展的理論模式」,以作為進行實證研究之依據。
     Due to the fast social change, teachers should change their role perception in order to perform the practical teaching. Thus, it is necessary to study the model of the development of the role perception of teacher. In this paper, five approaches, structural-functionalism, conflict-critical theory, symbol-interact ional theory, organizational theory, and cognitive theory, are stuied. It is found that 1.the development of teacher role is a continuing process. 2.three levels, social, school organizational, and personal, are the sources of factors affecting the role perception of the teacher. 3.the characteristics of dialectical and two-way interactions are presence in the process of the development of teacher role. 4.the result of the development of teacher role is that a teacher identify his role. 5.the model of the development of the role perception of teacher is also proposed for the further practical researches.
