     現代組織生活中有「管理」的策略,「權力」的概念,「權利」的心態,以及各種互異的假定和獻策,交織出「爭取」和「計算」的組織生活,徒然給予研究者和實務者紛爭不窮的課題。在這些世俗假定的動盪中,及「權力」與「權利」的慫恿下,和紛擾的「管理」計策�堙A作者期望跳脫這些世俗的途徑,企圖另闢一種嘗試:宗教途徑的組織管理。 作者首先透過對組織發展與組織政治不當之處的反省,凸顯了宗教途徑對組織管理的價值,繼而歸納宗教的特性,並提出宗教途徑在組織管理上的特性。再者,作者也發現宗教途徑對於影響組織管理的關鍵問題:「員工動機」,可以提供正面的影響。最後,進一步研究宗教途徑在組織管理中的實踐,包括制度化和符號化。不可諱言地,宗教途徑的實踐有諸多限制,但為了超越世俗假定的不足,以及減低「爭取」與「計算」所帶來的困擾,作者乃積極思索宗教途徑在組織管理上的功能與價值。
     There are different approaches to describe and explain moedern organizational life, those based on management strategies, on concepts of power, on mentalities of members of organizations regarding their right, and on various assumptions and suggestions. These approaches are all concerned with secular “struggle” and “calculation”, and have brought about endless perplexities and difficulties for both scholars and corporate managers. In view of this situation, the author attempts to move away from those secular approaches and suggests a different one: a religious approach to organization management. The author, first, emphasizes the value of religious approach by reflecting on the improperty of organization development and organization politics. Then, she explores the nature of religion in general and that of religious approach in particular. Have discovered the positive influence of religious approach on organization commitment and employee maturity, two key issues of organization problem, the author further explores the steps to practice religious approach to organization management, including institutionalization and symbolization. Though recognizing various limitations on practicing religious approach, the author still advocates the value of this approach so that the insufficiency of secular approaches can be overcome and the confusions and difficulities resulting from “struggle” and “calculation” reduced.
