本研究旨在探討高中職之知識管理架構與工具,以此發展出高中職知識管理評量工具,藉由評量以瞭解目前國內知識管理的現況,並比較不同性質學校間的知識管理實際情形,透過評量與實證分析,目的在提出適合學校組織知識管理評量的相關建議。
根據文獻探討與德懷術的實施,高中職知識管理的評量包含八個層面:(1)顯性知識;(2)隱性知識;(3)知識中心;(4)領導;(5)文化;(6)程序;(7)人員;(8)資訊科技。
本研究的實施主要分為兩個階段,文獻探討所得之初步架構,應用德懷術,透過十位學者專家,經過多次反覆思考與回饋修正,建立高中職知識管理量表。第二階段則是透過實際調查分析,在633位高中職校長、行政人員及老師的有效樣本中,進行量表驗證與實證的分析。研究結果顯示出,本研究所編製之「高中職知識管理評量量表」具有良好之信度與效度,可以做為高中職知識管理有效的評量工具。
綜合本研究的研究發現、結果分析與討論,歸納出下列結論:
一、學校組織知識管理可以八個向度加以評量:(1)顯性知識;(2)隱性知識;(3)知識中心;(4)領導;(5)文化;(6)程序;(7)人員;(8)資訊科技。
二、高中學校之知識管理表現優於高職學校。
三、私立學校在知識管理表現上優於公立學校。
四、創校歷史悠久高中職學校之識管理表現較不理想。
五、規模較大高中職學校知識管理表現較佳。
再者,根據研究發現與結論,本研究提出一些有關高中職知識管理實施與未來研究的相關建議。
The main purpose of this study is to develop the framework and the tool of knowledge management assessment for senior high school and to construct instruments that measuring the status of knowledge management of senior high school in Taiwan.
According to the literature review and Delphi Technique, knowledge management assessment of senior-high school could contain eight domains: (1) explicit knowledge; (2) tacit knowledge; (3) knowledge center; (4) knowledge management leadership; (5) knowledge management culture; (6) knowledge management process; (7) knowledge management officers; (8) information technology.
This research is implemented in two continuous phases. In the first phase, Delphi Technique is applied to realize the contents of knowledge management and develop the questionnaire of knowledge management assessment for senior high school. There are 10 professionals complete the three-rounded survey. In the second phase, questionnaires are sent to all the samples (including principles, administrators and teachers) and 633 surveys that returned from the samples are identified to be valid (the reliability and validity of knowledge management assessment are both fair).
The main findings of this study are as follows:
1. The knowledge management assessment of senior high school does contain eight domains.
2. The total degree of knowledge management of senior high School is beyond perfection and needs to enforce the dimensions of “knowledge management officers”, “knowledge management process” and “information technology”.
3. The degree of knowledge management in private school is better than in public school.
4.The degree of knowledge management is better when in newer senior high schools.
5. The degree of knowledge management is better when in large senior high schools.
Based on the findings above, guidance and implications to the knowledge management in senior high school as well as the suggestions for further research are proposed.
