題名:產業需求導向技職教育再造計畫執行策略與學校組織文化及競爭優勢關係之研究- 以技術型高中為例

本研究目的旨在探討我國技術型高級中等學校產業需求導向、技職教育再造計畫執行策略、學校組織文化與競爭優勢之關係。為達上述研究目的,本研究以問卷調查法對臺灣本島技術型高級中等學校教師進行立意抽樣,以臺灣本島地區技術型高級中等學校編制內正式專業類科教師進行問卷調查,總計寄發問卷1015份,回收985份,經剔除無效問卷後,有效問卷22校776份,有效問卷回收率為76.4%。所得資料以SPSS與AMOS統計軟體進行分析,蒐集的資料以描述性統計、相關及結構方程模式等統計方法進行分析。
研究結果顯示:
一、 技術型高中教師對學校組織文化、技職教育再造計畫執行策略與競爭優勢之知覺現況良好。
二、 不同背景變項之技術型高中教師在學校組織文化、技職教育再造計畫執行策略與競爭優勢之知覺上部分具有顯著差異。
三、 技術型高中教師所知覺之學校組織文化、技職教育再造計畫執行策略與競爭
四、 優勢彼此間具有顯著相關。
五、 技術型高中學校組織文化、技職教育再造計畫執行策略與競爭優勢之結構方程模式呈現良好適配度的正向結構關係。
六、 技術型高中學校組織文化對技職教育再造計畫執行策略競爭優勢具有部份中介效果。
最後,根據實證研究之資料分析結果,本研究針對實務內容檢討以及未來的研究方向,提出相關具體建議,供政府教育政策計畫與學術研究之建議,以及後續研究參考的依據。
The objective of this study was to examine the correlations among industry orientation,the execution strategies of the reengineering project for industry-oriented technology education, the organizational culture of schools, and competitive advantages in Skills-based Senior High School in Taiwan. The methods adopted to achieve this objective using purposive sampling, our questionnaire was distributed to formal teachers of professional subjects at skills-based Senior High School on the island of Taiwan. A total of 1015 questionnaires were distributed, among which 985 questionnaires were recovered. After eliminating invalid questionnaires, we obtained a total of 776 questionnaires from 22 schools, accounting for a valid questionnaire rate of 76.4 %. The acquired data was analyzed by using SPSS and AMOS with statistical methods of mean. The statistical methods included descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and SEM.
The study results indicate the follow:
1. Technological and vocational education reform project, organizational culture, competitive advantages in public skills-based senior high schools were good.
2. The perceptions of different background variables teachers of technological and vocational education reform project, organizational culture, competitive advantages in skills-based senior high schools were partly significant difference.
3. The correlation among technological and vocational education reform project, organizational culture, competitive advantages in skills-based senior high schools was significant positive correlation.
4. The SEM constructed for the technological and vocational education reform project,, organizational culture, competitive advantages in skills-based senior high schools showed a goodness of fit.
5. Organizational Culture can affect partly the relationship between the technological and vocational education reform project and competitive advantages.
Based on the data analysis results of this study, we put forward specific suggestions with regard to practical content review and future research directions for the reference of government education policy planners and researchers.
