創意和創新可以說是以知識為特色的新經濟最珍貴的貨幣。當經濟發展以創新為重要概念,企業以創新作為組織競爭優勢的重要驅力時,作為人類社會產物的博物館無論是在產品、服務、技術或流程等方面,皆有不同面向的創新作為,創新也成為博物館處於此快速多變時代中增進組織績效以及強化競爭力的重要途徑。然而,猶如百花盛開必須要有土壤、空氣、水和養分,創新也必須配合以組織的條件,方能結果。本文以創新理論的相關研究為基礎,檢視博物館在強化創新的前提之下,從個人創意與組織創新兩個層次,針對影響博物館組織創新性的決定因素進行相關研究和分析。
