題名:靈性健康與職場靈性之探索性研究--以C公司為例

長年來人們追求著物質享受,汲汲營營的在職場上奮鬥,卻往往忽略了心靈灌溉,亦可能產生靈性匱乏,混亂人們的生活品質與健康。靈性乃是平衡身心的調節機能,能放下積壓許久的壓力,重新審視體會周邊環境,靈性將帶領人們與自己、他人、大自然產生新的聯繫。故此,對於由一群員工所組成的企業組織而言,靈性管理議題非常重要;企業可將靈性概念融入教育訓練課程中,本研究稱為靈性教育,目的為使企業員工個人靈性的自我成長達健康平衡。 本研究以C公司為研究個案,針對參與活動的員工,進行質化與量化的相關研究。本研究質化研究發現,靈性教育帶給員工的直接體驗,以及隱含企業推動靈性教育的引導方式;其次,靈性教育有助於員工領會反思自我、關心周遭、檢視生活等的重要性;其中檢視生活、協調生活、正向樂觀與感懷自然的意義連結,與靈性健康有關聯性;檢視自我、聯繫他人的意義連結與職場靈性有關聯性。本研究量化研究發現,個案公司員工的靈性健康是偏向積極正向的;其次,職位、年齡與年資是影響職場靈性水準的重要個人屬性;最後,員工學習情形與職場靈性、靈性健康與職場靈性等之間關係,均呈現正向關聯性,尤以靈性健康影響程度較高。
Since people indulged in material pleasures and strove for promoting at workplace, the enhancement of spirituality was always neglected and the quality of life became worst. Spirituality development could balance our body, mind, and soul, relieve ourselves from stress, and lead us to rethink the systems around us and find the connection among self, others, society, and the nature. Therefore, managing spirituality at workplace is a critical issue. This research focused on introducing spiritual education into a company in a long term view, by implementing spirituality-inspiring workshops. The objective of spiritual education was to enhance the balance of employees’ body, mind, and soul at workplace. This research adopted C Company as a case study. We collected and analyzed the qualitative data and quantitative data. In this research, we proposed some conclusions: Firstly, spiritual education could bring some direct experience for staffs, which could provide some spiritual introducing methods for staff training practice. Secondly, spiritual education affected staffs understanding the importance of self-reflection, concerning whole system around us, and inquiring our own life. Thirdly, the qualitative data showed the learning experience of staffs including inquiring our own life, balancing our life style, being a positive person, and gratitude for nature, which could connect with the concept of spiritual health. And inquiring our own life and connecting with others could connect with the concept of workplace spirituality. Finally, the quantitative data showed the spiritual health of C company’s staffs got positively high scores. Position, age, and seniority of staffs were significantly dependent on workplace spirituality. Moreover, there was a positive correlation among learning effectiveness, spiritual health, and workplace spirituality. Especially, spiritual health was highly related with workplace spirituality.
