The purpose of the study is conducted to explore the influence of emotional intelligence of Changhua elementary school teachers on health promotion lifestyle and occupational burnout. The study targets the formal teachers of Changhua public schools of the 107th academic year. A total of 450 questionnaires were sent out, 450 copies were collected, and 450 effective samples sizes were valid. The rate of effective questionnaires was 90%. After descriptive analysis, Pearson Product-Moment Analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis by the statistics of package software SPSS18.0, conclusion as below: The emotional intelligence of the primary school teachers is shown in the upper middle level. When the overall emotional intelligence is higher, the teacher's job burnout is lower. When the overall emotional intelligence is higher, the higher the teacher's health promotion style, the lower the teacher's job burnout is. The lower the overall job burnout, the higher the teacher's health promotion lifestyle. In addition, we will relieve teachers of the pressure on the work environment and improve their physical and mental health. The research findings can provide a reference for elementary school teachers, and serve as a reference for future interested parties.
