本研究旨在探討建構國民小學教師領導行為指標權重體系及其指標內涵。為達到上述目的,本研究採用德懷術問卷調查及階層分析程序法,進行資料的蒐集、分析與探究。本研究以熟悉教師領導學理基礎之學者專家、國小校長、縣市政府國民教育輔導團輔導員以及教師共計二十一人為研究對象。首先,針對文獻及國內外研究資料,歸納分析教師領導內涵及相關研究議題,初步建構國民小學教師領導行為指標架構雛型及內涵,據此,編制問卷並針對進行國民小學教師領導行為指標德懷術問卷調查;之後,針對德懷術問卷調查結果,設計國民小學教師領導行為指標相對權重調查問卷,進行實證調查研究,最後建立國民小學教師領導行為指標權重體系。本研究所建構出之國民小學教師領導行為指標及相對權重共包含四個向度,十三個指標及五十八個指標內涵。
本研究根據研究發現,獲致下列三點結論:
一、國民小學教師領導行為指標包含「參與學校事務」、「促進同儕專業發展」、「持續個人專業成長」、「提升學生學習成效」四個向度,最重要的是「提升學生學習成效」向度。
二、國民小學教師領導行為指標共有「共同進行決策」等十三個指標,以「班級經營」指標最為重要。
三、國民小學教師領導行為指標五十八個指標內涵當中,最重要的是「會根據學生學習狀況隨時修正教學方式」。
The purpose of this research was to construct the system for behavior indicators weights and whose indicators content of teacher leadership in elementary schools. To accomplish this target, Delphi technique and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) were being adapted. Twenty-one experts, including experts in teacher leadership and elementary school principals and teachers who had leadership experinces, were selected to answer questionnaires to develop the indicator contents. At the first place we analyzed the meaning and relevant studies of teacher leadership, then I proposed the prototype and whose content of the behavior indicators structure of teacher leadership in elementary schools. I organized the questionnaire and proceeded the questionnaire survey for three stages of the prototype and whose content of behavior indicators structure of teacher leadership based on the the prototype and whose content of behavior indicators structure of teacher leadership. After that, I designed a questionnaire for behavior indicators weights of teacher leadership according to the survey result of Delphi questionnaire to form the behavior indicators weights system for teacher leadership. The four dimensions of behavior indicators weights for teacher leadership in elementary schools. Under four dimentsions , there are 13 indicators with totally 58 connotations.
According to the analysis result, this study had acquired the following conclusin:
1.There are four participation in school sffairs, promtion of cllleagues’ learning, self professional delevlopment, improve students' learning outcomes. The most important is improve students' learning outcomes.
2.The 13 connotations of behavior indicators weights for teacher leadership in elementary schools. The most important was class management.
3. The 58 indicator of behavior indicators weights for teacher leadership in elementary schools The most important was “Will be based on student learning conditions at any time to amend the teaching methods”.
