The purpose of this study was to investigate the current condition, differences, and relationship among pedagogical content knowledge (PCK) and teaching reflection by physical education (P.E.) teachers in secondary school. Questionnaire was the main method, the instrument “P.E. teachers’ PCK and teaching reflection” was designed. Sampling used stratified random among secondary schools nationwide. 827 P.E. teachers in active service were drawn and 612 questionnaire forms were retrieved and collected. The data collected from the surveys were analyzed by EFA, CFA, descriptive statistic, MANOVA, Pearson’s Product-Moment Correlation analysis, multiple stepwise regression analysis, and SEM analysis. And then, interviews were also applied as an assistant. Based on the results, the outline of the interview was further designed. 9 participants included scholars of sport, educators, and P.E. expertise teacher. The findings were as follows: (1) P.E. teachers’ PCK and teaching reflection were both one-order model; (2) P.E. teachers’ PCK and teaching reflection were both medium-high level; (3) under some different kinds of backgrounds, there were differences in P.E. teachers’ PCK and teaching reflection; (4) there were positive correlations between P.E. teachers’ PCK and teaching reflection; and (5) P.E. teachers’ PCK can predict teaching reflection. In conclusion, results from this study demonstrated that the P.E. teachers’ PCK and teaching reflection has prelim psychometric properties. P.E. teachers’ PCK can demonstrate in teaching reflection.
