     本研究以個別晤談方式深入瞭解國小自然科教師對科學史融入教學之態度,受訪教師由先前研究之樣本中選取高、中、低分組共十四位。主要晤談內容為對於「科學與歷史之相容性」、「過時理論之教學價值」、「科學家不當行為之教學問題」、素樸的觀點,並未能提出具體的或特定的理念,而受訪教師思考的途徑常由教學中出發,考慮教學實際的層面。在教學中使用科學史為教學內容時,其目的主要以引發學生學習興趣為主。另一方面,呼應先應研究調查結果,晤談結果顯示教師們普遍缺乏科學史相關知能,因此如何提升教師的科學史之專業素養,是未來師資培育機構應予謹慎思考的問題之一。最後本研究討論科學史融入教學時應注意的問題並提出建議。
     The purpose of this study was to explore elementary school science teachers' attitudes toward integrating the history of science (HOS) into science teaching. The method adopted in this study was individual interview. The subjects included forty-five science teachers selected from a previous study by Hou & Hus (2002). The content of interview included: (1)the compatibility between science and history; (2)the teaching value of old theory; (3)the problems of science teaching of scientist' improver behavior; (4)the resources for teaching the history of science and (5)the teaching function of the history of science. The results of this study indicated that teachers had naive perspective toward teaching the HOS and couldn't offer concrete concept. The ways of thinking were usually derived from their classroom teaching and consider the aspect of the reality. The content of teaching is based on the history of science. The main purpose of the teaching is to make it more appealing to students. The findings were consistent to the former study, teachers lack of the knowledge of the HOS. Therefore, the teacher education should pay attention to prepare the teachers' literacy on the HOS. According to the results of the study, some suggestions for teaching the history of science and further study were also offered.
