題名:團體認同、正義知覺與生涯期望關係之研究--以國防大學成員為樣本

本研究以國防大學民國89年制為研究情境,探討組織成員的團體認同與其正義知覺之關係,以及正義知覺是否影響成員的生涯期望。研究者針對上述問題提出研究假說,抽樣調查國防大學軍事學院、國防管理學院、國防醫學院及中正理工學院的隊職官、教師、教官及參謀人員,回收有效問卷191份。研究發現:1.受試者對於所屬學院的認同程度愈高,則對國防大學改制的程序正義知覺愈高;但學院認同對國防大學改制的分配正義知覺並無預測力。2.受試者對國防大學的同程度愈高, 則對國防大學改制的程序正義知覺愈高;但是大學認同對國防大學改制的分配正義知覺並無預測力。3.受試者對國防大學改制的分配正義知覺與程序正義知覺具有正向關聯性。4.受試者對國防大學改制的程序正義知覺愈高,則其生涯期望愈高;但是對國防大學改制的分配正義知覺對其生涯期望無預測力。
The context of this study is the re-organization of National Defense University in 2000. We used referent cognition theory to develop our hypotheses. We examine the relationships between members’ group identity and justice perceptions and whether justice perceptions affect their career expectations. We got 191 effective respondents. The results showed that 1. the higher the subjects’ identification to their college, the higher their procedural justice perceptions toward the re-organization of NDU, and 2. he higher the subjects’ toward the organization. 3. The subjects’ procedural justice perceptions were positively related to their distributive justice perceptions. 4. The subjects’ procedural justice perceptions positively related to with their career expectations.
