本研究旨在探討員工的組織公平與組織公民行為是否具有正向關係以及情感型組織承諾是否對組織公平與組織公民行為間具有中介作用。研究結果顯示,員工的組織公平與組織公民行為間具有正向關係,而情感型組織承諾對組織公平與組織公民行為間具有中介作用。有關研究結果的管理意涵及後續研究與建議在本文中將有進一步探討。
This study aims at investigating the relationship between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior and the role that affective organizational commitment that plays on the relationship between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior. The results demonstrate that there is a positive relationship between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior; affective commitment fully mediates the relationship between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior. Implications for management and future research suggestions are discussed.
