本文是一篇理論探討性質的論文。研究者針對女性主義教學常提出的一些重要議題-如學生之經驗與發聲、合作共享式學習、威權的再思、關懷照顧倫理與責任倫理等,從多元文化的觀點做相關文獻的回顧,這些文獻包含西方的論述與本土性別研究相關的教學論文,期望思索種族、族群、階級、性取向等差異,如何伴隨性別因素的運作在影響教育學理論的建構與教學的實務。 研究者試圖去瞭解,當一些關切教學的女性主義學者在努力建構女性主義的教室同時,是否也留意到多元文化的現實與潮流?本文從文獻的評析與相關教學經驗的論文之議題探析切入,希望可以提供一些啟示和論述基礎,以便進一步思索多元文化取向的女性主義教育學發展的可能性與實踐之道。
This article explores feminist pedagogy from multicultural perspective. Based on the theoretical discussion and previous literature, the researcher analyzed how feminist university teachers of gender courses practice the feminist pedagogy in their classrooms. The purpose of this article is to explore how the multiculturalism may enrich the arguments of feminist pedagogy. In addition, this paper also attempts to discuss the issues specifically feminist teachers have concerned. The researcher believes that it is meaningful for feminist teachers to start discussing their teaching practices. By doing this, every piece of effort may be accumulated for developing gender equity education. Besides, it may also serve as a basis for building a teaching community to encourage and support teachers with critical feminist consciousness.
