One of the purposes to set up the university is to provide the suitable talent in terms of quality and quantity to support the countries’ economic development. The Ministry of Education in Taiwan has a clear standard that the adjustment of departments and graduate schools in a university has to meet the industrious structures and demands. However, if universalities are doing so, students interesting of studying are still limited to the curriculum design. Under such kind of education system, students’ flexible and frees study are confined. The design and implementation of the curriculum programmed, hence, discussed frequently in the conferences of educational system reform. This research focus on the whether such an curriculum programmed is appropriate to implement in the universities of science and technology, and discuss the connection between the design of program and the option of obtaining employment under present environment. The research finds that the design of departing equilibrium by separating major and minor programs is superior to the design of pooling equilibrium by putting all courses together at present.
