本文主旨在探討老人類型對生涯規劃之應用與分析，主要探討 內容包括下列四部分： 一、探討老人生涯發展理論。 二、探討老人人格類型。 三、探討有助於老人生涯發展的策略。 四、提出老人生涯規劃應考慮的層面等。 研究者依據研究分析及發現提出相關論點，以供教育人員、政府機關、未來研究者及老人照顧者參考。

This text mainly aims at probing into the application and analysis on the career planning for different types of the elder. The content of the article includes following four parts: First, probe into the elder's career and development theory. Second, probe into the elder's personality type. Third, probe into the elder's career development tactics. Fourth, propose aspects of concern about the elder's career planning.
