     本研究對臺灣地區純中資、純美資、純日資之資訊電子業主管的領導行為 與權力基礎、影響策略作一比較性實證研究。國內外對於不同國籍企業主管之 領導行為與權力基礎、影響策略比較之實證研究極為罕見。 本研究得到如下結論:(1)中、美、日資企業主管間之領導行為、權力基礎、 影響策略均有顯著差異,顯然是美、日資企業分別受到其母公司之影響所致。 (2)具相同職位階層的中、美、日資企業主管之領導行為、權力基礎、影響策略 之差異均不大。(3)美、日資企業內不同職位階層主管之領導行為、權力基礎、 影響策略均分別無顯著差異,而中資企業內不同職位階層主管之權力基礎、影 響策略則有顯著差異。(4)中、美、日資企業內男女主管之領導行為、權力基礎、 影響策略均分別無顯著差異。(5)中、日資企業主管之領導行為與權力基礎呈顯 著相關,日資企業主管之領導行為與影響策略呈顯著相關,中、日資企業主管 之權力基礎與影響策略呈顯著相關。
     This research do a comparative study of leadership behaviors, power bases, and influence tactics of managers among Taiwanese, American, Japanese firms in Taiwan. The researches about the comparison of leadership behaviors, power bases, and influence tactics of managers among different national firms are rare. This empirical research results show that:(1)Leadership behaviors, power bases, and influence tactics of mangers among Taiwanese, American, Japanese firms are significantly different. (2)Leadership behaviors, power bases, and influence tactics of mangers in the same position level among Taiwanese, American, Japanese firms are slightly different. (3)Leadership behaviors, power bases, and influence tactics of mangers among different position levels in American and Japanese firms are the same. Power bases and influence tactics of managers among different position levels in Chinese firms are significantly different. (4)Leadership behaviors, power bases, and influence tactics of mangers among male and female managers in the same national firms are respectively the same. (5)Leadership behaviors and power bases are significantly correlated in Chinese and Japanese firms. Leadership behaviors and influence tactics are significantly correlated in Japanese firms. Power based and influence tactics are significantly correlated in Chinese and Japanese firms.
