本研究採深度訪談法，以瞭解新移民女性於電腦學習後，在生活經驗與自我的增能情形。研究的主軸內涵包括以女性經驗為出發，藉教育的方式將學習歷程轉移到學習者主體，從互動過程中暸解新移民女性如何看待自己在台灣的學習經驗，與如何適應資訊社會中的生活，喚起自我主體性之覺醒。研究結果發現新移女性電腦增能學習，能產生四個學習增能的轉化歷程，以助新移民女性在台生活適應，並能透過電腦增能管道擴展與延伸其生活內涵。據以提供政府與教育單位，作為協助新移民女性生活適應的提升與喚醒自我主體之參考。

A deepen interview was conducted to understand the situation of the life experience and self empowerment of immigrant women by learning computer techniques in Pingtung County. The primary elements of this research based on learning experience from immigrant women, transferred the learning process to the main learners by the way of education, to investigate immigrant women how to know themselves through the interactive process of learning experience in Taiwan, and how to adapt to life through learning computer techniques and the id-awakening process in the information society. Results indicated that there were four transformation processes for the immigrant women to empower their life experience by computer learning. Several suggestions were provided for the government to enhance immigrant women’s life quality in Taiwan.
