隨著時代的進步，資訊的方便快捷，使得社會的步伐更加快速，造成現今社會型態形成任務導向的經營形式，以及現今社會急功近利的影響，故透過系統思考觀點可類推幼教體系所面臨之問題，因此本研究運用佛教系統方法論（BSM）探討現今學校所存在之問題，以期作為往後深入研究之用。本研究之個案以中部某幼兒美語學校中人員為研究對象，並透過佛教系統方法論與運用深度訪談法來做研究方法，並將訪談的資料謄錄成逐字稿文本，藉以得到清晰的脈絡並找出問題歸因。經本研究對問題的探討得知，個案學校主要受到組織架構、目標規劃不健全、缺乏監督機制、職權劃分與分配不清楚、管理機制不健全、溝通管道的狹隘、資訊不對稱與缺乏互相學習的管道之影響，而產生行政、管理、溝通上的問題。因此，本研究貢獻不僅幫助了幼教組織釐清和歸納組織上真正的問題歸因，亦針對其問題進行有效地分析探討。
