藉由休閒農業、休閒農業區、農業推廣教育、社區學習型組織以及農村人力資源發展等概念，藉由行動研究方法對研究個案之觀察，瞭解臺灣農村社區居民經參與休閒農業區輔導計畫影響農村人力資源發展之情形。 本研究應用農業推廣教育階段性欲改變農民在認識喚醒(awarenessraising)、才能精熟(competencemastering)、問題解決(problemsolving)以及知識創造(knowledgecreating)之學習效果，就研究者參與社區輔導過程，研究者觀察社區居民參與過程中，所產生之學習活動、方式與效果，並據此分析提出休閒農業區人力資源發展的建議。

With the concepts of leisure agriculture, leisure agricultural area, community development, learning organization, and agricultural human resource development, we observe the individual cases, the residents of agricultural community in Taiwan, to understand how their participation in the guidance plan held in leisure agricultural area influences the agricultural human resource development. Applying both the help of agricultural extension education to agricultural people with awareness raising, competence mastering, problem solving, and knowledge creating. This article takes a close look at the community residents’ participation in the learning activities and the effects of it and makes some suggestions on human resource development in leisure agricultural areas.
