     本研究從內隱與外顯認知角度,探討角色規範的認知結構。內隱認知衡測法使用 電腦配對呈現二十八種角色對待關係,讓大學生與國小教師判斷二種對待關係 (如「父親對 待兒子」與「兒子對待父親」 ) 是否「應該」一樣的程度。 INDSCAL 分析發現華人主要以 「親疏」與「尊卑」二向度來建構角色規範。角色關係規範在親疏向度上呈現費孝通所謂的 「差序格局」,亦即受測者認為關係的親疏厚薄應從近親往外推。在尊卑向度的落點,則顯 示「尊卑有序」的角色規範, 亦即地位分殊的角色關係 (如父子關係 ) 宜遵守尊卑上下之 道,而平等關係 (如同事關係 ) 則應平等相待。 外顯認知衡測法則以問卷讓另一群受試者 評定在各角色對待關係裡,表現十二項角色行為 (如順從 ) 的「應當」程度。 因素分析顯 示「親疏」與「尊卑」為角色規範行為的主要向度。二十八種角色對待關係在此二行為向度 的排序所顯示的規範結構與內隱認知結構大致相同。成人與大學生的認知結構也大同小異。 台灣民眾對於角色規範的認知結構大致符合儒家「仁、義、禮」的倫理體系,亦即以別「親 疏」及定「尊卑」來建議重要的角色對待規範。本文也就研究發現對於儒家倫理思想、差序 格局、父子軸社會假說等方面的意涵,以及角色規範認知之文化異同,加以討論。
