Curriculum evaluation was ignored in Taiwan curriculum reform for a period of time. However, in the Nine-Year Joint Curriculum, the curriculum evaluation was listed in the national curriculum. When we care “what did the curriculum evaluate?” and ”how did the curriculum evaluate?”, we should cared about the person that included principals, teachers, and professors. They shall influence the development of curriculum evaluation. This study applied the focus interview to understand the roles, positions, and difficulties when presidents, teachers, and professors working on curriculum evaluation. Moreover, the professors’ functions and inquiry of who should be the professor in the field would be analyzed. Finally, the research would like to propose the reform possibilities for curriculum evaluation, presidents, teachers, and professors.
