本文是一個新嘗試,它試圖讓一個源遠流長,已為傳統文化奠立其久遠的意義基礎之經典,重新放回到知識的反省裡,來重新檢視經典究竟是為什麼能創造出一個文化的意義世界,同時又能代代翻新,形成一個不斷可以生產新意義的傳統。我以為,中國傳統的學術雖向來皆以經學為核心,但「經典之所以為經典」這問題卻一直未顯題化,本文正是企圖以此為出發點,以為經典的詮釋重新奠立其哲學基礎,並希望能以此為起點,來建立一套中國經典的詮釋學。
A long standing and well established Cannon have built a significant foundation of traditional culture. It is in this context that a new attempt to bring the reflection of knowledge and to re-exam why the Cannon can create a meaningful world of Chinese culture. In the meantime, every generation can also continuously create a new and meaningful tradition. In my opinion, though the kernel of traditional Chinese academic learning is often based on the classic books of Confucianism, yet the question of "What is Cannon" has not been well known. That is exactly what this context is attempting to start from this point to re-establish the foundation of philosophy for the hermenutics of the Cannon. Based on this, we are hoping to build up an academic learning science of hermenutics for the Chinese scriptures.
